januarThe saddest thing about this episode is that you think Mozzie is leaning in a semi good direction, but then he snaps back at the end, when he mentions the u-boat treasure and how Neal and Peter's friendship won't last. Neal can change, Mozzie, I know he can. I'm sure you two can still be friends if he does.
Despite that, I loved getting to learn more about Mozzie. One, Mozzie is trying to help out the man who found him and raised him at the orphanage, proving he does indeed have part of a heart. Two, baby!Moz! With glasses! <3 Three, of course Mozzie was 12 when he robbed the Detroit mob. Four, Mozzie can actually call Peter "Peter" instead of "Suit", even once to his face. And five, we know how he got his name! He couldn't pronounce the name of his bear, calling it "Mozzie" instead of "Mozart". Awwwwww. <3
I love the different relations that Mozzie has with the other characters. He has a friendship with Elle, where he trusts her enough to tell her things he probably hasn't told anyone else. The relationship between him and Diana is full of snarking. The one with June is, hmm, not sure how to describe it. But it is different than the ones with Elle and Diana. Basically? I love all the women and their interactions with Mozzie.
At first I was wondering what kind of name was "Dentist of Detroit". But then when Mozzie explained why he picked it, it made perfect sense. Yes, when you're 12, dentists are scary. Heck, they're still scary, even when you're older.
Elle taking a picture of Neal and Peter in their black tie ensembles and saying "Prom picture."? <33333 Elle, I love you so much.
Even though the fight between Peter and Neal was fake ("You love my hats."), it felt kind of real as well, with some of the things they were saying to each other. But that final line... wow, Neal, wow. Way to go below the belt.
Finally: quote-off! <3<3<3 Especially since I love quotes.

I was going to have this outside the cut, but then I realized it might be slightly spoilery. Anyway, Willie Garson (aka Mozzie) has an adoptive son! Awww.
At the bottom of the screen they had a thing that said "Team Peter or Team Mozzie? #whitecollar" Is that in regard to the season arc? If so, I have to go with Team Peter, because I don't want Neal keeping things from Peter like that. Be good, Mozzie, be good. Well, semi good. At least don't sell off Nazi blood treasure.
