Okay, so the big question is: how long has it not been Amy? It must be before "The Impossible Astronaut", but how far before that? And where and how did they get switched? Argh. Next week now please.
More related to the actual episode, I relized Jen was a double at about 21 minutes, when she had Rory use his hand to activate the machine. I didn't realize the Doctors had switched places until around 30 minutes, after Rory had realized he'd been tricked and the Doctor is doing the phone call thing.
Also, there was sonic screwdriver confusion. DoppelDoctor tossed the sonic to RealDoctor, who then went off to find Rory. He got knocked and had the sonic when he was with the Doppels and messing with the phone call. BUT. DoppelDoctor also had a sonic when he and Amy and the Reals were trapped in the acid room, which was at the same time as RealDoctor being with the Doppels. Then RealDoctor tossed the sonic to DoppelDoctor when they escaped, and he had a sonic when he scanned Amy. So that makes... three sonics the Doctor was carrying? With DoppelDoctor having two of them at the end? I think they messed up on who had the sonic when filming this.
Alright, now I can go read all the other posts about the episode.
