januar | the new Avatar has arrived

You guys. I want, like, ALL the icons. Don't be surprised if all my empty icon spaces become filled with icons from The Legend of Korra. There is a high chance of it happening!

I have so many FEELINGS. But I suck at organizing them into sensible sentences, so here. Have a bulleted list of FEELINGS.

- The "Earth, Fire, Air, Water" opening with Kyoshi, Rokku, Aang, and Korra? SO AWESOME.
- An Air book! Yay!
- Little Korra! Who can fire bend and earth bend! AWESOME.
- Old lady Katara! With hair loopies!
- A WOMAN IN THE WHITE LOTUS. HECK YEAH.
- Tenzin and his airbending kids!
- PEMA. Who doesn't want air blown in her face!
- Kaya and Bumi is the names of Aang and Katara's other kids!
- Air bison who is not Appa (although I totally went "Appa!" when I first saw it.) Still, air bison!
- Most of Katara's friends are gone. Sad face.
- I want a polar bear dog. Naga, you are awesome.
- Wow. Things have advanced a lot.
- Mafia benders!
- Metal benders!
- Look, it's a statue of older Toph! Toph!
- And look, Toph's daughter!
- "I'm watching you" fingers. From both of them! I love Lin's reaction when Korra does it back at her.
- Poor Tenzin. It must be weird having to train your father's reincarnation.
- Korra is so strong! She picked them all up! Group hug!
- Creepy guy in mask! Who are you?? Are you someone we've met before and is now really old. YOU'RE ACTUALLY ZHAO, AREN'T YOU. ...yeah, that's a long stretch. I don't know why I had to say that.

- "A Leaf in the Wind". Of course my brain thinks of Wash. Thanks, Serenity.
- Flying lemar!
- Spiral walking/dancing! Just like Aang would move!
- Milo, you have such a funny head.
- Mako and Bolin! Siblings who bend different elements! Awesome!
- "The. Avatar!" I've been waiting for that line.
- Look at all the people in airbender outfits. Are they nonbenders learning to be airbenders? Are they new airbenders who have been born in the last 70 years?
- "I make no such promises." Jinora, you are great!
- Korra's moving like an airbender! Dodge those attacks, Korra!
- Tenzin cheered for a probending match! Heehee.
- It's totally going to be Korra/Mako, isn't it. You can just tell.

I'm so looking forward to the rest of the season. KORRA.
